The voice linefor your AI Agent.

BookingCenter's AI Agent already answers guests on the web, by text and on WhatsApp.We'd add the channel guests at small properties still reach for first: the phone. It carries BookingCenter's name and price, and hands off to staff the same way.We build it, run it and support it behind your brand.

callLive demo line todaytranslateEnglish and Spanishsmart_toySays it's AI on every callcredit_card_offNo card numbers by voice

One assistant.Every way a guest gets in touch.

Your AI Agent covers web chat, text and WhatsApp. The phone line covers calls. Guests get the same answers from the same property facts, and your team gets the same handoff.

forumChat, text and WhatsApp: your AI Agent

Already live for BookingCenter properties. It answers guests, takes bookings and escalates to the owner. Nothing changes here.

Web chatSMSWhatsApp
callPhone: the new voice line

Answers the property's calls in a natural voice, in English or Spanish, from the same property facts, rates and policies.

support_agentA person when it matters

Complaints, emergencies, payment questions, anything unclear, or "can I speak to someone". During staffed hours the call goes to the desk. After hours, the on-call contact gets an alert and the guest gets a callback. Every call leaves a short summary.

notifications_pausedAnswer when we can't

Rings the desk first. The voice line picks up after a few rings, when the line is busy, or after hours. Suits B&Bs and inns where the owner likes to answer.

callAnswer every call

The voice line answers first and transfers to staff when needed. Suits busy desks and motels.

A day at the front desk

Every call to an example property, by hour of the day.

Call volumes are our estimate from occupancy, stays and calls per stay, not measured data. The pilot replaces them with real call logs.

“Your AI Agent shouldn't go quiet when the guest picks up the phone.”The idea behind this proposal

Hear it for yourself.Three calls, two minutes each.

Call the demo line or talk in your browser. No sign-up and nothing to install.

Example property

Maya, the front desk at Cedar Cove Inn

A fictional 12-room inn. This is what a guest of a BookingCenter property would hear.

  • Rooms, rates, check-in, parking, pets and local tips
  • Takes booking details for the team, with no card numbers on the call
  • Hands staff a call summary
Demo built for BookingCenter

Aivo, a demo on your own content

Answers owners and prospects about BookingCenter from your public pages, and walks your team through this proposal. It shows the voice quality on your own content. It is not part of the offer unless you want it.

  • Pricing, setup, the free trial and demos
  • Everyday MyPMS questions
  • Urgent issues passed to a person
favorite1. Book a stay

“Two nights in the Fireplace Suite next Friday. It's our anniversary.” Listen for the rate, and the special request passed to the team. In the pilot, Maya also texts the booking link.

translate2. After hours, in Spanish

“Llegamos a las once de la noche. ¿Hay problema?” Listen for the late-arrival policy, answered in Spanish.

support_agent3. Ask for a person

“I need to change a booking I already paid for.” Listen for a clean handoff with a summary.

Illustrated example9:40 pm at Cedar Cove Inn. The desk closed at 8. Maya takes the call.

GuestHi, we'd like a room for two nights next weekend. It's our anniversary.

MayaCongratulations! The Fireplace Suite has a king bed, a gas fireplace and its own sitting room. For Friday and Saturday it's $259 a night before tax. Shall I text you a link to book it?

GuestYes please. And could there be flowers in the room?

MayaI've sent the link. You'll pay the deposit on the inn's secure booking page, and the room is confirmed when you do. I've passed the flowers request to the team, and they'll confirm it by text tomorrow morning.

Summary to Cedar Cove Inn · 9:43 pm · Fireplace Suite, Fri–Sat, 2 guests · Booking link sent · Request: flowers (anniversary)

Phase 0 sends the property's own booking-page link. From Phase 2, the booking is held in MyPMS and the link goes straight to payment. Rates are for the fictional inn. Asking for a person on the demo line reaches the StartupCrafters team, not BookingCenter staff.

What a property getsfrom its phone line.

Fewer lost calls, more direct bookings, and an owner who isn't tied to the phone.

notifications_activePicks up when you can't

After hours, at check-in rush, or when the owner is out. No voicemail, no "please call back".

verifiedAnswers like the property would

From the property's own facts, rates and policies. When it doesn't know, it says so and takes a message.

event_availableTurns calls into direct bookings

It sends the property's own booking link. The guest books and pays with the property, not on a booking site.

scheduleGives time back

In "answer every call" mode, staff stop fielding the same five questions. We show this as hours, not as dollars saved.

support_agentHands off with context

A person gets the call, or a summary with the guest's name, dates and request. Nobody repeats themselves.

translateSpeaks the guest's language

English and Spanish today.

What the phone line is worth to one property

Pick an example, then change any value. The defaults are cautious on purpose.

Answering every call:how many minutes is that?

In "answer every call" mode, a property's minutes come from all of its calls. In "answer when we can't" mode they are much lower. Calls follow guests. Minutes a month = stays × calls per stay × minutes per call, checked against hotel call benchmarks. Pick a property and see its calls, its minutes month by month, and what its room band would cost over a year.

From booking link to confirmed booking,in three steps.

It works from day one without engineering. Each step after that is your call, at your pace, using the APIs BookingCenter already publishes.

PhaseWhat the phone line doesWhat BookingCenter provides
0. Standalone pilotAnswers from each property's facts and published rates. Quotes "from" rates and says the final price is on the booking page. Texts the property's own BookingCenter booking link. Sends call summaries to the property.Five pilot properties and their OK.
1. Live availability and ratesChecks real availability and today's rate before it answers, so it never offers a sold-out room. Read only: nothing is written to MyPMS.Signed API NDA, test credentials for the pilot properties, and one technical contact.
2. Bookings in MyPMSSaves the booking in MyPMS under the property's own rules, and texts the guest a secure link to pay the deposit on the property's booking page. Card numbers are never spoken or heard.Write access for the same properties, after you approve Phase 1.
3. One brain (optional)Phone and chat share one property knowledge source and one handoff thread, so the property sees one conversation.A conversation with your AI Agent team, if you want it.

Timings are set with your team after the first call. Phases 1 and 2 start only with BookingCenter's written go-ahead, and access can be turned off at any time.

Priced as an add-on to your AI Agent.BookingCenter sets the final price.

These are suggested retail prices for the phone line, by room band. BookingCenter sells it under its own name and decides the final price. What BookingCenter earns is agreed in conversation, once we know which model fits best.

Minutes count only while the voice line is on the call.

Your customers. Your brand. We run it behind you.

Two ways to offer it. We recommend the first. In both, BookingCenter owns the customer, and BookingCenter's part of every subscription grows with the role it takes on.

The size of the opportunity.

A phone line a property relies on every day is a subscription it keeps, and one more reason to stay with BookingCenter. Start from a scenario, then change the numbers to see the total that properties would pay.

What it could mean for BookingCenter

Every value here is an example. Prices are the suggested retail prices above.

Plan mix
Properties signed up– Average price per property– New subscription revenue each month– New subscription revenue each year–

The total that properties would pay at suggested retail, once that many properties are live. BookingCenter's part depends on the model and is agreed together. It excludes setup, extra minutes, ramp-up time and cancellations. Illustration only, not a forecast or an offer of terms.

What we'll put in writing.

The short version of the agreement. These are proposals; the exact figures and wording are set in the contract with your counsel.

UptimeA monthly availability target, with service credits if we miss it. If the voice line is unavailable, calls fall back to ringing the property's own line.
Support responseAgreed response times for a line that is down, for a wrong or harmful answer, and for everything else, with updates to your named contact.
AccuracyEvery call is transcribed and summarized. We review a sample of calls for each property every week. Owners and your team can flag a wrong answer, and we fix the property's facts quickly. Monthly accuracy report to BookingCenter.
LiabilityA mutual liability cap, set in the agreement.
Recording and consentEvery call opens by saying it's the property's AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Recording can be switched off per property, keeping transcripts only. The disclosure is designed for states that require every party's consent, such as California.
PaymentsNo card numbers are ever taken by voice. Payment happens only on the property's secure booking page.
DataBookingCenter and its properties own all call data, recordings, transcripts and guest details. A data processing agreement lists every subprocessor and where data is hosted. Our proposal: your data is not used to train AI models. Data is returned or deleted within 30 days of exit.
Term and exitEither side can leave on 30 days' notice, with no penalty. On exit, we return the data and help move each property's phone number.
ExclusivityNone required. BookingCenter is free to offer other voice products.
Non-solicitationWe don't sell to BookingCenter properties outside this agreement.

A 30-day pilot,paid for by us.

Five properties you choose. Real calls. Clear numbers. You decide at day 30, and you can stop at any time before then.

Included at no cost to BookingCenter or the properties: setup, phone numbers, minutes and support for five properties for 30 days. We suggest a mix: two B&Bs or inns, one motel, one small hotel, and one property that already uses the AI Agent.

  1. Week 0: a 30-minute kickoff. You pick five properties. We sign a short pilot agreement and data processing agreement.
  2. Setup: we set up each property and run test calls with the owner. The owner approves before going live.
  3. Days 1 to 30: live calls, a weekly report, and wrong-answer fixes within one business day.
  4. Day 30: a go or no-go meeting, built on the numbers below.
MetricHow we measure itProposed target
Answer rateCalls routed to the line and picked up within 2 rings98% or more
Correct answersWeekly review of sampled calls against property facts, checked by the owner95% or more, with no wrong rate or policy given as confirmed
Handoff qualityEscalations delivered with a usable summary within 2 minutes, rated by staffAll delivered, average rating 4 of 5 or more

Targets are proposals, agreed before we start. BookingCenter can end the pilot at any time, for any reason. Pilot data belongs to BookingCenter and the properties.

Your properties' reputations, and yours, come first.

fact_checkOnly the property's facts

It answers from the property's own information, and says so when it doesn't know.

smart_toySays it's AI, up front

It introduces itself as the property's AI assistant and never pretends to be a person.

credit_card_offNever takes card numbers

It sends a secure booking link instead.
